There is no doubt that Pioneer Institute of Learning (PIL) Hanjiwera Pattan has substantially grown over a short span of time and has achieved many a milestone of excellence. The institution has emerged as a model institutions for quality education delivery and set standards for other educational institutions in the area. The main force behind all this is the vision and mission, innovative practices and dedication to core principles and values. All this has been possible only because of the efforts put in by all the stake holders associated directly and indirectly with the institution. Despite remarkable reputation and public image of our school, there is a need to further upgrade it in terms of direction, focus and management in attaining and maintaining excellence. In this direction, efforts are on for further enhancing the infra structural facilities and enriching it with adequate man power.
The teaching staff is being given necessary training to adopt to the modern techniques and strategies for effective ,joyful and activity based teaching–learning process. The day is not far away when our institution will reach its new heights and become a first choice for the parents to enrol their wards here.
